TALIS 2018에 나타난 초등교사의 교사협력 활동 특징과 유형 분석

초록

This study investigates characteristics and types of elementary school teachers’ engagement in collaborative activities. Main findings are as follows. First, elementary school teachers’ collaborative activities consist of three sub-factors: daily exchange and coordination, co-teaching, learning communities. Second, the results of latent profile analysis suggest that four latent profiles are identified according to teachers’ engagement in collaborative activities, and they are named as ‘top-level’, ‘low co-teaching’, ‘low co-teaching and learning communities’, ‘bottom-level’. Among samples, about 85% teachers are classified into ‘low co-teaching and learning communities’ and ‘bottom-level’ profiles. Third, teaching experience, teaching motive, cognitive activation teaching, self-efficacy, innovative climate have influence on latent profile classification. To conclude, this study suggests the need for monitoring policy outcomes and re-establishing the purpose of policy supports.
