초록
This study aims to examine the impact of basic psychological needs on self-esteem and stress among participants in amateur musical theater groups. Data were collected from 151 working professionals who had participated in an amateur theater group for more than one year. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 program, employing frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results revealed the following First, basic psychological needs, self-esteem, and stress among amateur musical theater participants showed significant correlations. Second, the basic psychological needs of amateur musical theater participants had a significant effect on self-esteem. Third, the basic psychological needs of amateur musical theater participants had a significant effect on stress.
