초록

This study analyzes the relative importance and priorities of digital risk management using hierarchical analysis process (AHP) and suggests the policy implications. Through the review of previous research, the policy areas and detailed plans are selected for activating digital risk management. The policy areas are consisted of the five factors -- digital risk prevention, post-management, human resources and contents development, public-private cooperation, and institutional area. In order to provide a comprehensive and balanced discussion on the digital risk management measures, this study conducts the survey and AHP analyses for academics and practitioners. The results of AHP analyses indicate that the academic experts show the relative importance order of prevention, law and system, human resources and contents development, public-private cooperation, and post-management. Otherwise, the practitioners indicate the order of law and system, human resources and contents development, prevention, public-private cooperation, and post-management. In detail in each policy area, this study confirms the significant difference in the relative importance and priorities between the two groups. Based on these findings, this study discusses the implications for activating the digital risk management.
