국내 청년기 성인 ADHD 연구의 지형: 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 키워드 네트워크 분석 적용(1998-2025)

This study investigated overall trends in Korean research on young adulthood ADHD and analyzed structural relationships among key concepts using keyword network analysis. Relevant articles were collected from RISS, KCI, KISS, and DBpia, and a total of 168 studies were selected through a PRISMA-based systematic literature review process. Subsequently, 1,173 keywords were extracted and a keyword co-occurrence network analysis was conducted. The results showed that research on emerging adulthood ADHD has been organized around three areas: ADHD tendencies and emotional/adaptive issues among university students, clinical research on comorbidities and psychopathological characteristics, and support approaches using digital technologies. In particular, ADHD tendencies among university students were closely linked to adaptation, academic performance, interpersonal relationships, and emotion regulation. In conclusion, this study provides a basis for understanding the structural relationships and overall research landscape of emerging adulthood ADHD in Korea. However, it is limited in that it analyzed only domestic literature, and keyword network analysis cannot fully capture the contextual meanings of individual studies. Future research should incorporate international data and integrate quantitative and qualitative approaches to explore emerging adulthood ADHD more comprehensively.
