The objectives of this study is to develop a scale to identify the interaction of negative language with meaningful adults, especially parents and teachers, who have an important influence on the child 's developmental process. This scale, based on this after building CCTV coaching model by Lee(2014), was developed through item development twice and exploratory factor analysis, and test of validation by correlation analysis with components. In the process of the 1st item selection, it was made 84 items that fit the purpose of this study and was made 56 items after testing content validity by group discussion and 5 -point Likert scale for early child education·care experts. In the process of the 2nd item selection, it was made 36 items after testing content validity by 5-point Likert scale for 30 teachers and 30 heads of early child education·care center located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The selected 36 items were tested by exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 21 to confirm the validity for 416 adults living in metropolitan areas. Pearson's correlation analysis was conducted to show the correlations with components of the scales identified by exploratory factor analysis. Cronbach’s α was used to calculate the reliability coefficient. As a result, the findings from this study highlight development and validity of ACNIS(Adult-Child Negative Interaction Scale-based on CCTV model) including 25 items with four-factor structure based on CCTV model: C (command), C(criticize), T(tag), V(vex) and reliability was .93.
