초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest some ways to develop Tourism & Leisure company town of Yeongam·Haenam area. Company town is divided into four categories and Tourism & Leisure company town is one of them so this character is recognized as a complex tourism industryTo improve Tourism & Leisure company town of Yeongam·Haenam area, this study suggests special notion of 'Eco-mice'. This is based on Jeollanam-do policy, MICE industry and Green tourism. Specially, this notion is very distinctive and suitable for Yeongam·Haenam area because they have geographical strength. Futhermore, by investigating case of Jeju island and Singapore, this study can compare differential factors and suggests Yeongam·Haenam' ideal direction. Focusing on three categories of consuming population like 'residents', 'company and employees', 'travelers', this study looks for plans of promoting Yeongam·Haenam as Tourism & Leisure company town.
