This study was devised to make a marketing plan and to improve the quality of service of the beauty industry. To conclude the research, survey has implemented with 256 women and 6 men who have age from 20 to 50 and experience in nail care service. The outcome of survey was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 programme. First, to understand the general characteristic things of survey participants, calculating percentage or frequency of using nail service was executed. Second, correlation analysis or multiple regression was carried out to figure out the satisfaction of customers to be served for nail service. Finally, One way ANOVA analysis was performed to assess customers’ awareness or satisfaction for nail artist’s communication skill by age and to understand desired nail artist’s communication skill. The study results are as follows: First, verbal communication skill of nail artist affects the satisfaction of all age group. Second, unvocal communication skill affects the satisfaction of customers of all age group using nail service. Thus, workers of nail service industry need to take strategic approach with different communication skill at each age category.
