초록

The purpose of this study was to examinechildhood educators' satisfaction of the program evaluationon the web-based instruction. 86 childhood educators wereparticipated and reported the questionnaires of programevaluation and satisfaction on the web-instruction. Results showthat, there are differences in the program evaluation andsatisfaction because of the computer level, the conception ofcomputer-mediated technology, the motivation of taking theprogram, and the application of the program on a job. The morethe program evaluation was a positive, the more childhoodeducators were be satisfied These findings reinforce theimportance of various strategies for promoting and encouragingmore a satisfaction and positive evaluation of a webprogram.
