Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore lifelong educators’ dilemma and change of role and perspective in the era of covid-19 that has caused the absence of face-to-face education in the field of lifelong education. Methods: To achieve this purpose, researchers adopted the case study methods. Researchers analyzed lifelong educators’ realities and dilemma in the recent rapid environmental change and explored how they responded to them. Results: As results, researchers found that lifelong educators faced dilemma related with managing programs, using educational methods and developing educational capacities. Facing dilemma, they tried to investigate and apply alternatives on the field of lifelong education. During these processes, lifelong educators changed and reestablished their roles and perspectives related with lifelong education. Conclusions: Based on these findings, researchers discussed the future direction of lifelong education.
