This study supports informations about knowledge and preference on Korean food and restaurants of Chinese residents in Korea, and based on these facts, intends to find the determinants on their purchase of Korean food in the future. As a result, the more the Chinese residents have knowledge and efficacy about Korean food, the more their purchasing demand on Korean food increase. Also, the more they recognize Korean restaurants comfortable with generous servings, the more their purchasing demand on Korean food increase. This indicates that actively promoting Korean food to the resident Chinese will familiarize them with Korean food, which will in return help to maximize their satisfaction. This will motivate the Chinese people to revisit Korean restaurant.
