This paper attempts to shed light on what factors influence more on hotel buffet restaurant customers’ perception of price. This study, tested on a sample of 595 buffet restaurant customers and indicated that the higher customers perceptions of price value is, the cheaper the price of customers perceived. The second, the more the customer is loyal to restaurant, the higher the price customers perceived. The third, the younger the customer is, the cheaper the price customer perceived.As a result, this study suggests that hotel restaurants should manage their loyal customers well since they are less sensitive to price.
