초록

This paper introduces a study of u-mentoring management system to automate creation, management, and evaluation processes of mentoring lectures by combining e-learning system with Web 2.0 concept. The purpose of the study is the support of learner-driven mentoring class when selecting lecture's theme, mentees, and mentors rather than lecturer-drived system. The proposed u-mentoring management system has been designed to be applicable to various kinds of subjects like leadership classes as well as mentoring classes. The system shows the summary of current status of all mentoring classes to drive good competetion among participants and mentoring groups at real-time. In addition, functions to evaluate activities of mentees and mentoring groups are supported and histories of records of participants and classes are stored into the database, and are used for information retrieval by others.
