In order to improve the quality of the vocational training market, this study seeks to find a way to establish an optimal employment path by specifically grasping the employment motives and job preparation of training teachers. As the research analysis data, the response data of training teachers who participated in vocational training at private vocational training institutions by acquiring the vocational competency development training teacher qualification were used. he results of the study are as follows. The motivation for employment was to save majors and careers, and information on training teachers was collected through participation as existing vocational training trainees. Preparatory actions were taken to participate in education and training to become a training teacher, but less than half of them obtained training teacher qualifications. As for the job search for training teachers, there were many cases of job posting announcements and direct visits to training institutions, and the difficulty in finding a job was dissatisfaction with income and compensation and lack of information. They responded that obtaining the qualification as a vocational competency development teacher was helpful in the actual work, and in particular, lectures (professor-learning) were the most helpful. Based on the research results, a direction for systematic employment preparation was suggested in order to improve the quality of training teachers in the future.
