Synthesis of Urea and Thiourea Derivatives and Their Inhibitory Activities of NO Productionby Activated Macrophages

초록
Several ureas and thioureas were designed and synthesized and their inhibitory activities of NO production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages were evaluated. Among these compounds, indole-containing thiourea 6e was the most potent showing 17.4 μM of IC50 value.
