초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effects of the supervisee attachment strategies between self-efficacy and psychological burnout among play therapists. The subjects of this study are 169 play therapists who have worked in the area of play therapy in Korea. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the supervisee attachment strategies, psychological burnout had negative correlation with self-efficacy. The supervisee attachment strategies and psychological burnout showed positive correlations. Second, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to verify the moderating effect of the supervisee attachment strategies between the self-efficacy and psychological burnout. As a result, it was found that the total score of the supervisee attachment strategy and rejection attachment strategy had moderating effects on the relationship of play therapist’s self-efficacy and psychological burnout. These results suggest that interventions considering supervisee attachment strategies in the supervision relationship can be effective to reduce the psychological burnout of play therapists.
