초록
The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of 12-Weeks Korean traditional dance program on BDNF, Cortisol. The subjects were 13 old women (76-79 years old) and they were two groups(Korean traditional dance group=7, control group=6). The subjects performed Korean traditional dance with 40-60%HRR three times a week in Korean traditional dance program. Blood sampling were performed before the program, after 12-week program. SPSS 12.0K program was used for statistical date analysis. Paired t-test was performed to verify the difference between the date sets after the dance program and date sets before the dance program. Independent t-test was performed to verify the change of date sets between the groups. The significance level was α=.05. the followings are the results of this study. 1. BDNF was significantly increased after 12-week program for exercise group(p<.001) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.05). 2. Cortisolwas significantly increased after 12-week program for control group(p<.01) and there was significant difference in the BDNF change after 12-week program between exercise group and control group(p<.01).
