The thermal treatment effect on high-frequency giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) in a glass-coated Co83.2B3.3Si5.9Mn7.6 microwire was investigated. The high-frequency GMI measurement in the form of LC resonators for the microwires annealed at 100 degreesC, 150 degreesC, 200 degreesC, and 250 degreesC for 1 h in a vacuum was performed on samples with 3 mm in width of electrodes and 9 mm in gap length between electrodes in the frequency range 100 MHz-1 GHz.
