Social entrepreneurs intend to serve people in need and create social value, which is in line with the Biblical value even with a few exceptions. This paper suggests an integrative social entrepreneurship model for the social entrepreneur education to align education methods with qualification subsets of social entrepreneurship. Based on the existing studies, we investigate and categorize the subsets and particularly explore the education methods for desirable attitudes of social entrepreneurs. Basically, the proposed Integrative Social Entrepreneurship Model is a framework for the comprehensive subsets of constructs, qualifications, and sub-categories. Existing research shows that the current collegiate social entrepreneurship education needs more coverage on sociality, social mission, motivation, or attitude. The attitude education should deal with empathy and social judgement by developing self-efficacy, direct request, network, problem awareness, social experience, and social consensus. Suitable education methods encompass consulting projects, case studies, interviews with entrepreneurs, life-stories, field trips, critical reflection, diaries, student entrepreneurship clubs, role playing, behavioral simulations, computer simulations, and game playing.
