This study sees that Creative Convergence Talents, the aim proposed by the Ministry of Education in the 2015 Revised Education Curriculum, is in line with raising global leaders in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. With this in mind, these kinds of talents are reconceptualized as “Global Young Leaders”, and three studies were set up and conducted in order to effectively support the development and systematization of the model-tool-program. The first study develops the Mind Way (MW) Coaching Model to foster creative convergence talents. We reconceptualize the six general competencies proposed by the Ministry of Education, which is nature, aptitude, mind, sensibility, creativity, and sociality. Then, to achieve the integrated excellence in these six developmental areas, we incorporate the WISE model, previously developed by the authors, into the Mind Way Coaching Model. The second study develops and validates the Wonderful Mind Way(W-MW) as an executable tool that can help identify one’s state of mind, which is the core element that constructs the MW Coaching Model. The W-MW uses the Johari Window Model and is composed of 52 adjectives. The third study creates frames for the program called Grace & Force, which targets general children and young people, and for another similar program called Grace & Force-CE, which is designed for Christian children and young people, both of which are based on the MW Coaching Model. Based on the results of these three studies, a follow-up study will affirm the theoretical validity and practical effectiveness of the MW Coaching Model by analyzing the two action programs Grace & Force and Grace & Force-CE using the M-MW tools.
