초록

Purpose of this research is to determine the principle vitalizing participation of winter sports by analyzing correlation between winter sports participant's motive factor, satisfaction, and persistence of behavior. For the research, a survey was carried out targeting 225 university students who did skiing or snowboarding at ski resorts in Gangwon-do province. Collected data was analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusion is as in the following. First, pleasure, social intercourse, motivation factor which are sub factor of participation motivation had meaningful influence to satisfaction. Second, pleasure, ostentation, motivation factor which are sub factor of participation motivation had meaningful influence to persistence of behavior. Third, satisfaction factor had meaningful influence to persistence of behavior.
