지식관리활동과 업무성과에 관한 실증연구: 구조방정식 모형접근

초록

This study examines the structural relationships between activities of knowledge management and work performance to search for effective knowledge management strategies. This study categorizes the knowledge management process into the two dimensions-infrastructure of problem solving and problem solving. This study analyzes the effects of these activities of knowledge management on work performance. The results of covariance structural analyses show the functional circulation relationship between the knowledge management process and work performance. To enhance the work performance by the activities of knowledge management, the results of this study emphasizes a comprehensive approach on the knowledge management process. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.
