초록

This study is aimed to show methodological utility of the Q-technique by identifying an self-concept structure within a group. In this study, R-technique has been applied to a high-level and low-level group consisting of total 32 to analyze the types of the groups according to a statistical procedure. Based on a standard test of sc, the Q-technique has extracted two-way structurized 60 items. This study comes to following three following conclusions First, this study verifies the validity of a multi-dimesional self concept theory by the two-structured Q-technique. Second, the application of the Q-technique based on the within-construct analysis produced the same result as that of Q-technique. Third, this study suggests that the application of the Q-technique is possible as a method of obtaining detailed personal information on noncognitive traits like self-concept.
