With the recent popularization of the Internet, interest in online lectures is increasing. However, due to the characteristics of online lectures that rely on visual materials, visually impaired students need help accessing lecture materials for online lectures. To overcome this, we designed an online lecture system specialized for visually impaired students. Our automatic lecture video content commentator for visually impaired students supporting diagram commentary extracts visual data in the scene of the lecture video, converts it into text, and explains it to students by voice.
