With the recent rapid spread of the Hallyu(Korean Wave) around the world, the atmosphere of anti-Korean Wave is also rising. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to derive policy tasks for sustainable Korean Wave in the future through literature analysis. As a research method, a systematic literature review(SLR) method was adopted, and 76 papers related to the Korean Wave were selected and analyzed from the Web of Science database. As the research result, six policy tasks for sustainable Korean Wave were derived. First, transnational, trans-urban, trans-regional, and trans-media exchanges should be promoted to expand cultural exchanges. Second, in order to diversify Korean Wave cultural contents, various studies are needed on the unification of Roman characters in Hangul and parallel culture education and the cultural identity and hybridization of the Korean Wave. Third, in order to revitalize Korean Wave tourism, inbound motives differentiated by age and country should be identified, and in-depth analysis of the economy and culture of the tourism sending country should be conducted. Fourth, for the innovation of Korean Wave marketing, it is necessary to segment the market according to various criteria and differentiate the position of each target market. Fifth, in order to increase Korean Wave exports, it is necessary to respect for the culture of other countries like halal certification. Finally, it is to prepare countermeasures against the crisis of the Korean Wave. It is important to prepare preparations in advance by establishing a scenario plan to avoid risks such as politics, economy, infectious diseases, and natural disasters.
