현실불만형 묻지마 범죄에 대한 고찰

초록

This study addressed the needs of sociological approach to one of the expressive crime type so called “social complaint based Non- specific Motive Crime” beyond a criminal justice approach. To achieve a research goal, this study reviewed articles on the ‘Non-specific motive crime’ and identified Social compliant based non-specific motive crime as a subtype of it. Adding to that, by adopting Citizenship theory of T.H. Marshall, this study certified the possible effect of the sociological backgrounds of criminals to the substantial citizenship. In terms of linking between the citizenship theory and criminality, this study identified strong connection with criminality and ‘social identity’ that can be diversified by one’s own substantial citizenship. As a result, this study claimed the needs of sociological approach to the “social complaint based Non-specific Motive Crime” and further research on ‘Social Identity’ as a crucial variable in the criteria of criminal justice.
