초록

Today's society is called ‘fatigue society’ which emphasizes excessive outcome-based evaluation and self-exploitation. This paper critically discusses why fatigued society, excessive outcome, and self-exploitation can be harmful to our society including our schools. In this context, this paper discusses how we can recover creativity and happiness in the fatigued schools and society where most students and teachers are exhausted too much. While we desire and seek for creativity, it is also discussed how we do not respect creativity in reality. To search for creativity and happiness in our schools and society, author suggests and discusses issues such as in-depth boredom, a will to discontinue and hesitate, courage to say ‘NO’, and use of uselessness.
