초록
The Arts education programs of Sejong Center for the Performing Arts have been changed according to the locational conditions, social and economic environment as well as policy. The paradigm implied in the programs also have changed from democratization of culture to cultural democracy. As a result of the study, the arts education program at the Sejong Center could be visualized in terms of the axis of the object of education such as artists and ordinary citizens, and the characteristics of the program such as experience and appreciation. In addition, the arts education programs at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts are being conducted by various departments such as the Arts Education Team and the Arts Group Cooperation Team according to the objects and characteristics of the programs. The programs of the Sejong Center has undergone changes such as the introduction of non-face-to-face education while experiencing COVID-19, and the changes have had influence on the measurement index of the evaluation of the programs. The analysis of the programs and its change helps us to understand how public arts organizations change the program and measure the performance in order to reinforce social responsibility in the era of the 4th industrial revolution and the era of COVID-19.
