초록
This study applies the Career Self-Management (CSM) model to investigate the structural relationships among career learning experiences, self-efficacy, goals, and career engagement behavior, while identifying gender differences in these pathways. Data from 450 university students were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and multi-group analysis. Results indicated a satisfactory model fit; specifically, career learning experiences significantly influenced career engagement behavior, mediated sequentially by career decision-making self-efficacy and goals. These findings underscore the importance of both learning experiences and cognitive-personal interventions. Furthermore, multi-group analysis revealed significant gender differences in specific pathways, suggesting the need for differentiated intervention strategies tailored to gender-specific characteristics. Limitations and directions for future research are also discussed.
