초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the youth culture and traditional arts support policies in Busan and to find the direction in which Busan's youth culture and traditional arts should move forward. As a result, three improvement measures could be proposed: policy, budget, and support project. First, I would like to suggest that the youth culture policy in the field of culture and arts is subdivided to be efficient and to improve youth policy for each region. Second, it is essential to raise funds for youth culture and arts to be activated. Since the budget of the government or local governments alone is insufficient to support youth culture and arts, I would like to propose the need to raise funds for youth culture and arts in the region through agreements between local governments and companies. Third, the Seoul area is promoting projects where youth culture and traditional arts meet by expanding the foundation for economic activities so that young culture and artists can continue to grow and grow themselves. The Busan area also needs specific research so that "youth" and "traditional" can meet like the Seoul area. Based on this, it should be activated in various directions so that it can be a sustainable activity for young people, and research related to policies and support projects should continue. In order for youth culture and traditional arts to grow, support policy measures must be prepared to actively identify the current status of youth culture and arts and demand for traditional arts and to develop and implement various projects in support.
