The purpose of this study was to translate and validate of negative Feedback Career Goal(FCG) Inventory. Feedback about career goal is a crucial influence on their career goal pursuit in college Students. A total of 398 Korean college students samples were used for validation. We used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to test the construct of the Feedback Career Goal(FCG) Inventory. As result of the exploratory analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis, 15 items were identified. And the confirmatory factor analysis showd that the three-factor(goal suitability, progress, improvement needed) model proved good fit to the data. The discriminant validity was verified by making correlation with career distress and career decision making self-efficacy scales. And the good Internal consistency reliabilities for the full scale was confirmed. Implications of the present study and suggestions for future research and career counseling practice were discussed.
