Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is essential in recent digital marketing but increasingly complex for marketers. Many marketers utilize images containing text for product promotion, yet these embedded text in images are often not recognized in traditional SEO tools, requiring marketers to manually extract and input it into the system. To address these issues, we designed and implemented a functional prototype of an AI-driven system that automatically extracts and converts images into SEO-optimized HTML code. This system additionally provides AI-supported content refinement to enhance readability and coherence and includes automated compliance checks to identify misleading or unethical advertisements. For the user-centered design, we conducted semi-structured interviews with six SEO experts to understand their needs and design requirements. In conclusion, this study demonstrates an AI-powered marketing tool that streamlines SEO processes improves digital marketing efficiency and supports ethical advertising practices.
