초록

This study deals with the young people's recognition on the usefulness for establishment of the so-called “Start-up Team Acquisition Market”. The Start-up Team Acquisition Market will help reduce young people's burden of failure and boost youth startups by providing an exit for young start-ups whose growth has been stagnant since youth startups and making it easier for companies to acquire technical assets they do not have. The results of the regression analysis showed that the intention to sell, the degree of confidence at the time of the start-up, the experience of the past failure, and the firm age had a significant effect on the recognition for the usefulness of the acquisition market.
