Today, the integration of AI technologies is advancing rapidly across various industries, with active utilization of AI and big data to provide personalized services. A notable example of Generative AI application is M. Allen’s Space Opera Theater, which won first place at the 2022 Colorado State Fair, marking the beginning of an era where anyone can easily create highly creative works. Generative AI overcomes the traditional limitations of time and cost associated with beauty editorial production, such as model recruitment, studio rental, and post-editing, thereby enabling the creative and efficient production of visual content. This study categorized hairstyles to generate AI-based hairstyle images and explored their potential applications in fields such as beauty marketing, education, and product advertising. The theoretical background reviews the concepts and principles of Generative AI models, various image generation technologies, and cases of AI application in the beauty industry. For practical evaluation, SeaArt.AI was selected as the image generation tool for its accessibility and usability. Prompts specifying hairstyle length, curl type, color tone, and mood were carefully constructed using ChatGPT 4o. The resulting images demonstrated high visual quality across different styles, with short bob hairstyles featuring C curls and light brown tones accurately reproducing natural volume and texture. These realistic AI-generated images are expected to spread rapidly through SNS platforms, enhancing consumer engagement and contributing to the marketing and education sectors of the beauty industry.
