The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in significant changes in global education. This has led to increased adoption of online learning. Our study explores the relationship between university students' gaze behavior and posture during online entrepreneurship education. Using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the study analyzed 4,120 hours of video data from 107 university students enrolled in an online entrepreneurship education program. The study measured gaze behavior through dwell time and quantified students' conscious effort and concentration to assess self-regulated learning based on StimulusResponse Compatibility (SRC) theory. The study found that high levels of concentration, as measured by a combination of pupil gaze and posture, were positively associated with improved academic performance. In addition, correct posture, as determined by the position of the scapula, had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between concentration and academic achievement. Our findings confirm the significant positive effect of concentration on academic performance and show how proper posture can moderate this relationship. We also highlight the need for interdisciplinary research in education, management, and AI technology.
