The purpose of this research is to provide base data for managers of sportscenters to strengthen their competitiveness in the age of limitless competition and to offer service to users with better quality by analyzing the relationship of servicescape of sportscenter users and trust, satisfaction, and reuse. The conclusions drawn by multiple regression analysis are as in the following. First, the results of influence of servicescape factor of sportscenter users to trust show that 4 of 5 factors which is comfortability, convenience, cleanliness, and safety had a meaningful influence on trust, but esthetics did not had a meaningful influence. Second, the results of influence of servicescape factor of sportscenter users to satisfaction show that 4 of 5 factors which is comfortability, convenience, cleanliness, and safety had a meaningful influence on satisfaction, but esthetics did not had a meaningful influence. Third, the results of influence of servicescape factor of sportscenter users to reuse show that 2 of 5 factors which is cleanliness, and safety had a meaningful influence on reuse, but esthetics, comfortability, and convenience did not had a meaningful influence. Fourth, the results of influence of trust, and satisfaction factor of sportscenter users to reuse show that satisfaction had a meaningful influence on reuse, but trust did not had a meaningful influence on it.
