초록
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between experiences of discrimination and experiences of discrimination between two children‘s panel of elementary school children from 4th to 6th grade. For this purpose, the autoregressive cross-lagged model was used and the results are as follows. First, autoregressive paths were statistically significant in both discrimination and damage experience. In other words, previous experiences of discrimination and discrimination had a positive effect on discrimination and experience of discrimination. Second, the experience of discrimination and discrimination at the previous point of time had a positive effect on the experience of discrimination and abuse at the next point of view, respectively. In other words, the cross-lagged paths in which discrimination and damage experiences cross each other was statistically significant. In this study, based on the above analysis results, we identified the causal relationship through imitation and learning in the relationship between discrimination and damage, and suggested practical and policy implications to prevent discrimination and damage of children.
