초록

This study promotes the development and consultative use of retirement preparation programs in the future by analyzing studies on domestic retirement preparation programs and identifying trends. A total of 70 studies were analyzed: 33 academic articles published between 1990 and 2021, 25 master's theses, and 12 doctoral theses. The results of the study are as follows. First, research has continuously increased over time. Second, quantitative studies accounted for the highest proportion of research methods applied, followed by mixed studies, qualitative studies, and literature studies. Third, 38 studies (54.3%) were conducted on public officials, 18 (25.7%) on the general public, and 14 (20.0%) on corporate workers. Fourth, 38 studies (54.3%) on the perception analysis of retirement preparation programs accounted for more than half of the total studies, followed by 13 studies on ways to improve retirement preparation programs. Studies on the development and effectiveness analysis of retirement preparation programs numbered 10 (14.3%) and 9 (12.8%), respectively. Based on the results, further studies were presented in the discussion section.
