Sin Sugeun, a maternal relative of royal family from King Sungjong to King Yunsangun, had been perceived as a person flattering to the king and coveting power at the times, incompetent bureaucrat, violent, and a person to trigger Muosahwa[戊午士禍], however, he was reevaluated as the best loyalist in the period of Youngjo and Jungjo in Joseon. The story of his rejection on the depose a king conspiration and death was the core evidence to be reevaluated later, which was the momentum to provide him with various types of a special favor within the frame of loyalist who kept the fidelity. In addition, Sin Sugeun’s sins were defined to be forgiven according to Euichin[議親] Law in Joorye[周禮] and not to be related with a country upon Sin’s restoration theory from Kim Jung and Park Sang’s appeal. What his image was changed into the loyalist as to be Jung MongJoo since Queen Dangyeong’s showing respect was due to the will of both Youngjo and Jungjo who tried to establish Kun-Sin-Euli[君臣義理] with the initiative by the king. Youngjo empathized the image of loyalist with strong fidelity by Sin Sugeun and that was continued to Gyungshinchuboon[庚申處分] and Shinyoodaehoon[辛酉大訓] to progress on the establishment of Kun-Sin-Euli by the king. Also, Jungjo empathized trust and harmony among king and vassals to respond the fair announcement of Euli and he commended Sin Sugeun as the loyalist for the first time as the King's father-in-law amid the political situation that developed maternal relatives as close group according to abdication of the throne Thinking in Gapja[甲子] Year.
