초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate research trends regarding women who have experienced career discontinuity and suggest policy alternatives based on the literature review and theoretical background. We analyzed trends of career-interrupted women in terms of research time, research topics, research methods, research subjects, and research resources through examining 115 precedent studies. According to the research published from 1999 to 2017, the number of researching factors of career-Interrupted and reemployment was the highest. Most of these studies used quantitative research methods using panel data to derive results. Based on the results of this research, we examine how various government policies and support programs for career-interrupted women are operated and propose practical policy alternatives.
