The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the acquisition of national and private technical qualifications of corporate workers. The analysis data utilized the 7th Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP). As an analysis method, Hierarchical Linear Modeling was utilized to analyze the factors affecting qualification acquisition by separating the individual and the business level. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors affecting the acquisition of national technical qualifications of corporate workers were gender (male), high wage level, status of R&D and production functions, participation in field training (individual level), sales per person and personnel performance and reflection status (firm level). Second, factors affecting private qualification acquisition included permanent status engineering work and service work, participation in field training (individual level), education and training cost per person, completion and reflection and compensation system (firm level). From the research results it was proposed to link qualifications with HR system, and with vocational education and training system. In addition, we proposed the government's administrative support, information support and activation of the qualification system.
