Sookmyung women's university was appointed to the leadership specialized university by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, specializing leadership program for global upbringing of the talented which 21st century requires. The leadership education which Sookmyung intends is to foster the servant leader capable of S leadership by teaching all the students of the school ‘S leadership’ which brandized 4S-Spirit, Skill, Service, Strength. Therefore, this treatise is going to deduce the meaning of leadership training and course of advance in university through the case study of S leadership application. Above all, it deduced the meaning of the servant leadership, which S leadership pursues, through studying documents on the meaning of leadership which 21st century requires and importance of the leadership training and discussed the effect of S leadership training. Practice and examination of S leadership deduced from the study of instructing case of 'Sookmyung Leadership' and 'Special Lecture in Leadership' in education programs of Sookmyung Global Leadership Institute and practice case of 'Sookmyung leadership group' will contribute to the direction of development for effective leadership training and program models.
