The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of supervisory style between supervisee insecure attachment strategies and supervisee self-disclosure. For this study, the data were collected from 211 play therapists in korea and analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results is as follows. First, the supervisee insecure attachment strategies showed negative correlations with supervisory style and supervisee self-disclosure. And supervisory style and supervisee self-disclosure showed a positive correlation. Second, the task-oriented supervisory style showed a significant moderating effect between supervisee insecure attachment strategies and supervisee self-disclosure. This means that the task-oriented supervisory style acts as a factor to mitigate the influence of the supervisees insecure attachment strategies on the supervisee self-disclosure. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
