초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships among multicultural policy acceptance, assimilation, and quality of life of Southeast Asia and Chinese marriage-immigrant women. The results of the multi-group analyses indicate that the experience of using multicultural policy has a positive influence on the assimilation of marriage-immigrant women in Southeast Asia. Otherwise, the experience of using multicultural policy does not have a positive effect on the assimilation of Chinese marriage-immigrant women. Furthermore, the Korean language ability and assimilation have a positive influence on the quality of life in the both. The experience of using multicultural policy does not have a significant effect on the quality of life in the both. Based on the results, the theoretical and policy implications for improving marriage-immigrant women’s assimilation and quality of life are suggested.
