Metacognition is an important factor in the academic achievement of learners, and it is revealed by previous researches that it is not the fixed feature but the ability to improve through learning or training. Therefore, educators should plan for learners to be able to apply metacognition proactively and continuously in learning. In other words, it is necessary to transform the education method so that the learner 's knowledge, control, and emotional aspects of the meta - cognition are positively utilized in order to enhance the learner' s academic achievement and activate the cognitive activities. To do so, teachers should actively seek to integrate and integrate metacognition in their curriculum. In the future, more accurate and detailed brain science studies on meta-cognition will be made, and the relevance of the frontal lobe to the metacognition, and research that clarifies the brain science mechanism when using meta-cognition, should be continued. In addition, research on application of teaching-learning for practical use of meta-cognition in practice and concrete program development should be continued.
