Implementation of Physical Exercise Section according to Self-efficacy for Daily Physical Activity of Early Childhood Teachers

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of self- efficacy for daily physical activity of early childhood teachers on their physical exercise section through the correlation between two variables. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 365 kindergarten and daycare center teachers in Seoul. The questionnaires were mainly about the two metric variables mentioned above: self-efficacy for daily physical activity and physical exercise section. The data analysis with SPSS 21 included a set of frequency analysis, reliability test, correlation test, and simple linear regression test. First, self-efficacy for daily physical activity of early childhood teachers showed a statistically significant correlation with the performance level of physical exercise section. Second, self-efficacy for daily physical activity has a significant effect on the implementation level of physical exercise section. Based on the results of this study, implications to improve self-efficacy for daily physical activity of early childhood teachers and suggestions for follow-up study were suggested.
