This study aims to figure out effects of corporate organizational culture on job satisfaction based on such mediation effects as organizational trust. Subjects to the study were 9,953 respondents to Human Capital Corporate Panel Survey, and a structural equation was adopted as a method of analysis. The result of research showed that of organizational cultures, group culture, rational culture and hierarchical culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction, organizational trust and job satisfaction. In addition, innovation culture, group culture, rational culture and hierarchical culture had significant positive effects on organizational trust, and the organizational trust mediated relationships among group culture, rational culture and job satisfaction. The study suggests that companies need to create environment actively reflecting the features of organizational culture that can have positive effects on job satisfaction of their members as the job satisfaction can be improved on the back of organizational trust. They also should establish and practice institutions that can further organizational trust and provide support to organizational growth through positive interactions on the part of organizations and their members.
