In this study, the investigator created a nanosome to improve damaged hair and called it a cell membrane complex(CMC). The study set out to compare its improvement effects on damaged hair before and after nanoization with a high pressure homogenizer and investigate the effects of nanoization on damaged hair. The subjects include ten women in their twenties, thirties, or forties who were healthy and had healthy hair. Samples were taken at a location about 2 centimeters from the occipital scalp and prepared to be 0.5g and 20cm. The samples were damaged with a decolorant, being measured for tensile strength and observed on the surface with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) to compare effects on hair improvement before and after CMC nanoization.
