CIPP 평가 모형을 활용한 기업훈련 탄력운영제 성과분석 연구

초록

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Flexible Corporate Training System by utilizing CIPP evaluation model as an analytical framework. To achieve this, a survey was conducted targeting 180 training manager from participating companies and 113 from non-participating companies. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and independent samples t-test to verify differences between groups. The key findings are as follows. First, the context evaluation revealed that the system effectively aligns with its objectives of enhancing field flexibility and reducing administrative burdens. Second, the input evaluation demonstrated significant improvements in the efficiency of administrative resource allocation for corporate training. Third, the process evaluation indicated high overall satisfaction with the system; notably, participating companies reported higher satisfaction in all categories, including operational autonomy and administrative convenience, compared to non-participating companies. Specifically, non-manufacturing participants showed a markedly higher perception of training flexibility and administrative efficiency. Forth, the product evaluation confirmed that the system contributes to the strengthening of individual and organizational capabilities, as well as actual business performance. Based on these results, this study suggests several implications: strengthening customized support infrastructure focused on priority support companies, proposing training models that consider sector-specific characteristics, enhancing the flexibility of institutional requirements, and diversifying promotional strategies for the system.
