초록

This research developed a counseling program and analyzed the effectiveness to figure out how the counseling program based on cognitive behavioral theory had an effect on industrial injured workers’ psychological characteristics and mental characteristics. The result of analysis thereby is as follows. . First, it appeared that the counseling program enhanced injured workers’ self-esteem, reduced depression, anxiety level and had an affirmative effect on mental property. Second, it appeared that the counseling program increased injured workers’ communication satisfaction and conflict coping ways and had an affirmative effect on mental property. Third, as the result of analysis on the influences of the counseling program upon injured workers’ will of independence, it could be verified that the counseling program had a positive effect upon industrial injured workers’ will of social return. Generalizing above results, it appeared that the counseling program had an affirmative effect upon injured workers’ psychological characteristics, mental characteristics and the will of social return.
