초록

The validation of human being's psychological characteristics can be viewed in terms of Cronbach's nomological network using the within and between construct analysis. The within construct analysis relates to the interrelations of the facets of characteristics, and between -construct analysis is concerned with the relations of one specific to other construct. The most important aspect is the within-construct analysis. This article is concerned with assessing the adequacy of models of the within facets of human being's psychological characteristics. The result lend support for a multifaced hierarchical view of the construct of psychological characteristics that is shown in previous studies. According to those studies, The human being's psychological characteristics is viewed as multifaceted and hierarchical with the various scales differential from each other, but they are correlated constructs. The general factor is at the top of the hierarchical, subsuming lower or more specific facets. Second-order factors were represented as some lower characteristics. Further, The first-order factors are supported by some lowest factors. In conclusion, the human being's psychological characteristics is not parallel model, but hierarchical characteristics.
